How Calorie Coach Me works

A simple workflow that saves time without pretending a camera knows everything.

  1. 1. Snap your meal

Take a photo, scan a barcode, or add the food yourself when a photo is not practical.

  2. 2. Review the estimate

Check the detected foods, serving sizes, calories and macros. Adjust anything the camera could not see.

  3. 3. A log you can correct

AI gives you a useful starting point, while you stay in control of ingredients and portions. Calorie figures are approximate: a photo cannot reliably see hidden oil, exact weights, recipes or every ingredient.

  4. 4. Track your day

Save the meal and follow your calories, protein, carbohydrates and fat over time. Keep meal history, saved meals, daily targets, weekly reports and nutrition trends together.

Local Food Mode (Beta)

Choose the language, cuisine context and meal schedule that match the way your community eats. Choose a food culture before analysis, review every estimate, and tell us the local dish name when the camera gets it wrong.

Is this medical advice?

No. Calorie Coach Me is a general wellness tool. It does not diagnose or treat medical conditions, and its estimates should not replace advice from a qualified health professional.
